<p>You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.</p>

<p>Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.</p>

<p>If your grooming brush arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.</p>
